Iosefa would use that movie check and build a smaller remote home out on an isolated island near the American Samoa. The house would be 2 bathroom 1 bedroom with a very modern look. His kitchen would be decked out in the best high-tech gear. Touch screen Fridge etc. Now with being on an island how would he get his food? Well in his side yard he would plant multiple organic plants on a mini farm. This would allow him to stay healthy during the offseason as well as work hard and improve his mentality. His backyard would be pretty simple. A simple swinging seat with a doghouse for his Dobermen.
Iosefa also decided to splurge a litte. He would construct a slide that goes off the island to have a bit of fun. Also navigation between mainland would be a bit difficult. So he decided to buy the services of a construction company to build a dock able to hold his little boat, the S.S Norfolk. No crazy additions just a rather simple house for a rich football player.
