Nick Williams noticed at the beginning of the season that he had to work on his speed and endurance. As a result, he started to religiously add and hour of sprints and rope work to the end of his daily workouts. Thanks to that he has been able to boost his speed and keep up with the other pro players in the DSFL. He has also upped his strength training to be a better asset for the team overall.
At the beginning of the season Nick was also dropping a lot of the throws that were made his way. Since week 2 though he has set aside some time every week to rewatch the previous game. He has been able to memorize the plays and has been better at minimizing missed opportunities. Now Nick is able to be exactly where he needs to be on almost every single down. Nick has been open to any and all criticism and suggestions made by his teammates and coaches and thanks to that has been able to become a better player as the season has continued.
