task 13:
For the task I decided it would be interesting to look at the Yellowknife Wraiths. Coming off a championship season it is very hard and run it back and especially with players that move on from the team and needing fill holes in order to run it back. Well there appeared to be no rust on the Wraiths cleats coming off the championship run when they were able to be tied for the best record in their division with a 12-4 record. This was largely part of the strong defense they rode last year most the season. Once again this season that defense would show up in a huge way. Their defense ranked 3rd in the league in points allowed with 19.1, second in the league with 323.7 yards allowed per game. They were also the top team in the league against the run only allowing an average of 67.2 yards per game. If there was a weakness in this team it was the pass defense which ranked 7th allowing a staggering 256.5 yards per game. This didn’t seem to deter the team though as they owned the tie breaker and held top seed of the NSFC conference. The Chicago butchers also had a 12-4 record. One thing of note is that the games that the Wraiths did lose 3 of 4 of the games they allowed less then 25 points. The one outliner being allowing 30 in the loss to Arizona. In each of these games the offense was unable to score more then 21 points which seemed to be the threshold to give the team a automatic win. Every game they scored more then 25 points they won. This came true in the end when they beat the Butchers 33-17 to make their way back to the Ultimus Championship Game. Unfornately despite the hard fought season they would come up short in the rematch vs the Arizona Outlaws this season. When they allowed a season high 45 points to be scored against them. Even though they lost in the final they should hold their heads high as going back to back championships is no easy feat. We will have to wait and see if it will be 3 seasons in a row with these two juggernauts make their way back.

Task 24.
Being in charge of the of the halftime show of the ultimus is a major responsibility it is the perfect opportunity to bring in a new wave of fans! So looking to try and attract some more youth and demographics to the ISFL this year we invited Drake to take a break from his tour and stop in for the halftime show! Of course not everyone is a Fan of Drake with is why we would insulate his performance with other stars like Rihanna and Taylor Swift! This performance would of course come with some drones flying and a state of the art stage in the center of the field to ensure everyone could see the lightshow and pyrotechnics! Drake would of course play Rich Flex and Spin Bout you, to get the crowds up and singing to the music. It would be at this point that the guest appearances would start showing up and singing collaboration music to ensure everyone enjoyed the show!
