If I had a magic wand, looking at the NSFC, I would create the NSFC East, with Berlin, Sarasota, Baltimore and Cape Town, and create the NSFC West, with Chicago, Colorado, Yellowknife, and the conference's newest team, the Seattle Grunge. The Pacific Northwest is a ripe market for professional football, and with only one team in the area in the DSFL's Portland Pythons, there's a lot of potential here to be able to put a team in the Emerald City. The team name pays homage to the music genre that was created in Seattle in the 1990s and became so popular. Moving over the ASFC, these teams are also pretty spread out, but here we'd have the ASFC West, with Orange County, San Jose, Honolulu and Arizona, East, with New York, New Orleans, Austin and the new kid on the block, the Carolina Mustangs. Named after the Banker horses who inhabit North Carolina's Outer Banks, this is a team that is uniquely Carolinian in nature and the name should reflect their scrappy nature and homegrown team pride. With these new teams in the league, I can see some good rivalries developing between Seattle and Colorado based on geography, and Carolina could find themselves clashing with New Orleans for dominance of the South.

Quote:14. Expansion Expansion Expansion! Tell us why you think the league should expand / not expand or include any ideas (in words) for team branding ideas you have or team locations.I think the league is in a decent spot to expand. The last expansion was way back around the mid-S20s, so the ecosystem of the league has had plenty of time to get used to having 14 teams. In addition, 16 is just a really nice number that works out in so many ways - being able to go to a straight divisional playoff system would help really foster rivalries in the league. When deciding where to put expansion teams, I first wanted to reorganize the league into the divisions to find the spots where the league would have a geographic hole where a new team could fit.

Quote:27. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why?Being the crazy idiot that decided to create as not just a quarterback, but a running quarterback, this was definitely something that I considered when I was entering the league last season. Going in, I knew that I wanted to create as an offensive player since my last two guys in Byron Blackwell and Kevin Morrison were both defensive players, and my first idea was to create as a vertical threat TE. However, my draft class was particularly crammed with tight ends so I knew there would be really stiff competition. I also thought about making a punter as a joke, but I decided not to do this since I knew that I would be more active than necessary to make a good one and I would probably have gotten bored. In the end, the position I'd have created at would probably have been the one that I'll probably end up converting to anyway, which is a wide receiver who's focused on running routes and getting in the right spots for big gains.
