The first half of this season has made me go from expecting mediocrity to turning into an industrial salt mine. Unlike Honolulu who was also imbalanced as hell between offense and defensive TOE, we sit at 2-8 and will need a miracle to even think playoffs.
To start Berlin’s offense is averaging 12.4 points per game. The next team is New Orleans at 17.5. We legitimately cannot score two touchdowns per game. The problem seems to be the sim deciding everyone on our offense to have hands of stone. I legit think every player there has almost double the drops they did last season and only one of them regressed between S40 and S41. Santa-Cruz’s TD% cratered for seemingly no reason as well. The kicker is that our run game is even worse than when our RB1 was an IA at 500 TPE. This compounds the terrible offense as it’s harder to hold the rare leads we get when you can’t grind clock. Three different games we’ve lost cause we can’t drain clock and the opposing team scores in the final two minutes.
The maddening thing of course is that this wastes our defense who sits at 2nd in points allowed, 1st in yards allowed, and 1st in pass yards allowed.
