LeHarm James has ALWAYS been on a winning team throughout his career. His high school team won the state one year, his alma mater of Arkansas made it to the playoffs, and he'd still argue that the Adders were the best team out of those that tied at the Prospect Bowl his first year. So why? Why did he have 28 tackles in 14 games? To be fair, he was a kicker for a second and then was sick, but 28 tackles with only one TFL isn't exactly the stat line he'd come to expect. What hurt even more was his team's results. He felt they were good enough to be around 7-7. They finished the season 2-11-1, however. In the off-season, he fell to the 22nd pick despite being projected as a first-rounder. He switched to LB and put in the work, and right now it's paying off. He'll drop off once he enters the ISFL, but as of writing this, he's leading the Birddogs to the playoffs and himself to a DPOTY as the front runner.
