Josh Patterson - S43 OT:
8. So far my time in the league has been very rewarding. I’ve had the benefit of being brought into not 1 but 2 great Locker Rooms in London and San Jose. Going into the draft I was very excited. After receiving so many accolades in London my hopes for the draft were sky high and they definitely did not disappoint. I couldn’t be more thankful to the San Jose Sabercats for selecting me 8th overall in the first round of the Season 42 ISFL draft. Getting to join so many great veterans like Russ and CK, Muford and now Frost as well, it’s just a fantastic place to learn more about the league and how to be not only a great teammate but leader. At the end of the season I was asked to take on the challenge of GM for the London Royals. This is not a responsibility I take lightly after watching Alikh and Sizz lead London for the last two seasons and the shoes I’m filling couldn’t be more enormous, like Peggy Hill feet big! Though we didn’t have as good of a Win – Loss record as I would have liked this past season, I have full confidence in my teammates and coGM to rise to the occasion this season and make it something very special. As for suggestions that I would like implemented, I really don’t have any at this time. The Head Office of the league raised media pay this offseason in a move that was met with thunderous applause from creators of all content. Really took the wind out of my sails for this OT writing there but totally worth it with the boost to the cap for podcast appearances per week. I really am so grateful for the people that give so much to this league to make it such an amazing place.

17. I saw Maximus Boudreaux at Disney world and man was that guy excited. I honestly thought there was rules at the park but this madman could not be stopped. The morning started with a drinking contest with Goofy. I thought for sure by round 10 Goofy had him but Boudreaux used that MVP determination to sink 2 more beers and put Goofy under the table. Next he challenged Donald Duck to a foot race to Space Mountain and Back, now I always thought of Maximus as slow footed like myself but I tell ya with a couple drinks in him that guy can move. Maybe it was the heavy costume weighing down the poor actor in the blistering 99 degree heat, but Maximus out paced that poor park worker by a mile and a half. Maximus must have worn himself out pretty good because he spent the rest of the trip passed out on the monorail while tourist took pictures with his unconscious body. 10/10 would visit again.

31. I would like Tylertokesome for the most Mid Podcaster award, every show he shows up, he talks, he laughs, he makes cynical remarks and tries to keep Ajax on track. Sure he’s doing his best but his best is Mid at best. Should he do better? Should he try harder? Probably, but he’s doing this for fun and too much effort lessens that, besides he’s a GM now so he can use that as an excuse to skip half the shows like his cohost Gumba. It’s the consistency and the commitment to his craft that really makes him stand apart for this award. He doesn't go overboard with awesome sound effects and cool edit requests, instead he follows his father’s advice, “Keep it simple stupid.” Great advice, hurt my feelings every time. At the end of the day you know what you’re gonna get with Tokesome and it’s alright at best and you know what, I’m good with that.
