It basically removes the variety of archetypes altogether. Every WR is just going to run speed, since that's the one you start at 100, and happens to be the most important. It's also got the bonus of Agility already at 95, then pull from some of the less useful stats to get Hands as high as you can. Speed at 100 is more important than Agility or Hands at 100.
Maybe it feels nice for defensive players who have a few more useful stats, but it's literally just going to put offensive players in the same box. Speed->Agility/Hands---Strength/Intelligence.
So you brought up a very similar point to timeconsumer. For SOME positions, there aren't as many differences, but WR is not one of them. The height and weight difference of WR archetypes will continue to bring different builds into the game.
Looking at your proposed changes, I would love to see how it compared in test sims. I feel like the importance of strength in preventing drops/interceptions is still kind of fuzzy. I am gonna go out on a limb and say that other speed WRs might make different changes, which I see as a great thing.
