Did you know that most dogs are colorblind? It's true! This is also true for the Colorado Yeti's most beloved dog and QB, Wolfie McDummy Jr. Sadly, this means he is exceptionally prone to throwing interceptions. In fact, despite our offense mostly improving across the board this season, McDummy Jr. has managed to throw 17 interceptions through 10 games, putting him on pace for 27 interceptions, which would be the most in the DDSPF21 era. A few players have thrown 26 in a season. It's not all on McDummy's shoulders, though! The Yeti, as a team, have as few as 7 turnovers all season, with a streak of about 6 games with 0 turnovers. It's been a real bummer to watch because I really have no clue how we're supposed to improve at winning the turnover battle. Our offense has been reasonably productive in getting yards, and our defense in particular has been keeping teams to very few yards, so hopefully the turnover luck will turn around next season. Overall, I'll try to look on the bright side and be optimistic that an anomaly of a down year will help us get a good draft pick in a draft I'm very excited about.
