Task 14: Expansion
I wrote about this task last time I did an Offseason Task and I still hold the same position as then. That position being that the ISFL does not have enough new users to supply another two expansion teams. For example, Season 46 only has about 45 users in that draft class, and about a dozen of those users are recreates (myself included.) That excludes users who will end up inactive and won't be eligible for the ISFL draft in February. Talent distribution and parity would get even worse without any sort of reduction in the cap, and the worst teams would be almost completely chalk full of inactives. The league would likely have to see almost 60 draftees each class excluding r/nfl classes before another round of expansion could be considered.
While what I've said above is the case, the question also includes possible locations for expansion which I think is a much more interesting question, as the answer is purely subjective and up to my own tastes. I think there are several areas in the world that are missing a team that should be considered should expansion every occur in the future.
Task 33: Rebranding
I believe that the New York Silverbacks need to change their branding in a large way, and is the most dire team in the ISFL. The first thing is that their logo includes the entire team name and location. The only way teams get away with having font on their branding is it is either initials like the New York Giants or a large portion of college teams (emphasis on college), or if their branding is so historic and memorable that changing it would be losing brand identity such as the Pittsburgh Steelers. Even just changing the logo to remove the text would be an upgrade. The problem with that however is that the text fits into the art deco/Broadway theme the Silverbacks logo and branding leans into. Just having the gorilla as a logo would looks busy and is more akin to those minor league baseball team brandings. It would also look incomplete (as it essentially is)

- Asia - With how many different regions that exist in Asia you could probably put five or six teams here before it would feel like doubling up. Teams for India, China, Japan, and South East Asia (e.g Vietnam, Laos, Thailand.) There exists no Asian team in either league.
- Eastern Europe - There exists Berlin in the ISFL and London in the DSFL but no other team in the European continent, and the cultural split between Western and Eastern Europe gives more credence to another European team. The most sensible countries for another team here would likely be Poland or Ukraine.
- South America - The team furthest south in Americas is Tijuana in Mexico. The entirety of South America is not represented, with possible the likely options being Brazil or Argentina.
