Quote:11. Write a short biography or story about your player. This could include background about how they came to the ISFL and how they’ve done so far, a story about their role in an exciting game, or anything else related to their experience in the league. The time had finally come for Jamdrian to take on the number one cornerback role on the team. After being ranked as the CB2 behind McAlister for five seasons it was finally his time to shine. All the time and effort he'd put into himself since he was just a small kid had made a difference.

Going into the season Jamdrian was already a seasoned player. Nothing really confused him or made him anxious anymore. It'd become his day-to-day job, playing with and against the very best in the world. And while it was hard to phantom it at times, Jamdrian is now considered one of those players. One of the very best. So to get the nod from the coach to saddle up in the role of CB1, with all the responsibility and expectations that come with it, gave him an adrenaline rush. While you can't really relax and make mistakes in the CB2 role, usually it has less impact when that happens. As the number one cornerback, you play against the number one wide receivers. Which means the actual very best receivers in the world. If you let them get past you, they'll likely be gone by the time you turn around.
And at the end of his first CB1 season, he's feeling good about himself. He saw more action than he'd ever seen in the past so the first couple games caught him off guard. But he quickly got used to it and stepped up, doing exactly what the team needed him to do. The coach seems happy with his efforts as well, as the CB1 role is still gonna belong to Jamdrian next season. He now knows for sure that he can compete and keep up with the very best. And is very excited to go out there again next season and give his opponents a bad time.
Quote:23. What are yur thoughts on the sim engine? What sort of improvements would you make to the sim engine if given the opportunity? (Written Task)The sim engine is quite good as-is. Of course it's far from perfect but I'm still impressed with what they have produced so far.

When it comes to improvements I'd focus my efforts towards the visual game viewing experience. The dots are fun and all, but imagine how much more into it people would be if they could actually see a player running around on the field. Actually catching or knocking down a ball. Right now the dots give us barely anything to go off. The ball flies in any direction and it's a coin flip whether it'll be caught or not. I'd love to be able to see my player rough it up with an opponent as we both go for the ball. Or see my defensive line push and shove their way through to a sack. If this can be improved I believe we'd see major increases in viewership for most games.
