As the old members of Arizona Outlaws dynasty continue to regress and retire, the rebuilding process for the team continues. Coming into the season 46 Arizona Outlaws added three players, both in DSFL call ups and in free agency, which is still quite rare occurrence in ISFL. Bertie Mannering-Phipps, a free agent running back signing from Baltimore Hawks will probably have the team rely less on Danny Nedelko, who had the biggest workload in the league last seasons. Arizona is known to heavily rely on running, so having a change of pace running back should prove useful for them.
From DSFL comes two defensive pieces to shore up aging linebacking corps and secondary. Iman Outlaw is gonna be an off ball linebacker in his rookie seasons, looking to overtake premier spot from Akayre in the next seasons. And C.G Breezy Jr is going to help the secondary from nickelback position, after retirement of team legend Spottie O`Dopalicious
