This is an easy one for Rico. Coming into the league, Rico was a Free Safety where he played his first two seasons after being called up by Chicago after one season in the DSFL. Due to team needs, Rico was moved to Cornerback but still maintained his FS designation in order to keep a position change flexibility should the team need it. Rico promptly had two great seasons playing as the team's CB2 across from Heiiajs D. Owidhuse. Both Rico and Heiiajs made the All Pro team, Pro Bowl, and finalists for DPOY. Had Rico stayed at the safety position, he likely wouldn't have made as big an impact as the last two seasons nor received as many accolades. Rico's instinctive play recognition and football IQ would have been an asset at Free Safety in the deep middle of the field, however, due to the intricacies of the ISFL, there isn't a lot of volume of plays in that area of the field so the opportunities to make game changing plays would have been greatly reduced.
"...TheRake may be the most controversial new player of the S41 class. Notorious not only for shamelessly tampering but also for confidently arguing his broadly incorrect NFL opinions, TheRake has managed to navigate the dangerous waters of controversy fairly well—which is no small feat!" - aeonsjenni
