As someone who's player has yet to see a winning season, my most memorable moment would obviously be being GM of London while we made the ultimini. I think I'm my two years in the DSFL we had <5 wins altogether. So to say it was a rough start would be an understatement. Then going from that to a still-rebuilding NOLA really did a number on my interest, to the point that if it wasn't for my locker rooms I definitely would have left the league.
As GM tho I took over for Gordo in what would be S45, yet we still only went 4-10 on that year. So it was starting to look like I'll just be in a cycle of suck.
Then we hit gold in S46, and despite two of our rookies getting suspended the team still managed to make it all the way to the ultimini! I'm sure I come across like a Bengals fan but it was nice just to not be last tbh. That whole season and team was such a joy to be a part of.
