This season is off to a very interesting start for Greg Hirsch. Despite being brand new to the league, the team has find quite a bit of success in the early going of the season. The team is winning, and Greg has been able to use his legs to run in several touchdowns. His throwing ability has been severely lacking. Which is to be expected given he was not asked to throw much in high school or college. As a result, the team came to the conclusion that it might be better to switch to a more traditional quarterback archetype, the pocket passer. Greg will still be able to run if needed, but he should have fewer complaints from his receivers about passes being nowhere near catchable. Time will tell if this strategy proves successful in the long term and this season specifically. The league's defenses will also have to adjust to a different style as they'll be penalized for stacking the box and spying the QB.
