Booter McGavin does one thing every single time after a loss... blame everyone and everything else besides himself. Booter may start by complaining about the referees or how his long snapper or holder blew the game for team, and he is inevitably going to work his way to something like the wind or weather. While this may not motivate his team to do better the next game, it does help Booter move on from a bad performance. By focusing on the negatives outside of his own performance, Booter is able to instead keep positive energy about his kicking game and focus on how he can bring consistent results to the team. Given Booter has had two of his best seasons over the past 2 years, it is clear his blame everyone else strategy is working. Thankfully, his teammates are true professionals and are able to tune out much of Booters's complaining and instead focus on their own performance.
