In preparation for the new season of ISFL football, Adam Journey decided to really start working on keeping his weight down once he arrived in Sarasota from his vacation in Kentucky. He first started out with controlling his diet, with him adding more fruits and vegetables, and he especially loved squash and apples and strawberries. He also likes to grill peppers and onions. He also started working on his cardio, with jogging around the stadium area being his big thing. He started reading the playbook more as remembering a couple of assignments has been a problem for him these past two seasons.
He also really started hitting the weight room, with him actually managing to bench press 550 pounds, the most he had ever managed to bench press. Basically since he is gonna be the next starting cornerback on the team, he really started to workout like one. He actually managed to lose 20 pounds because of this, and actually fit inside a pair of his college jeans along with his old graduation robes.
