It was a rare, interesting offseason for Howard Coward, as he had done something he’d never done before: he retired. Coward announced S50 was going to be last, and then he’ll hang up his Copperheads jersey forever. Jack Crackerjack, however, is just getting started. The brand new DSFL QB has a dream to be the best QB in league history, so his offseason was full of hitting the weight room to get stronger overall. Arms, legs, and core. There’s a lot of room for improvement in Jack’s game, and he knows it. He worked out throwing routes to his hometown friends as well as he waited for the draft. And finally, he got drafted to Tijuana. The Luchadores are an awesome franchise, and JCJ is thrilled to be there. Except that Tijuana also drafted Peaquad von Turbo, who is also a QB. And PVT got the first start of the season over JCJ (a Luchadores victory) so Jack isn’t sure exactly how his season is going to play out. But he’ll keep working to be the starter. (177)
