Kal Summers Jr always spends one month free of training in the offseason to let himself recuperate, but after that its right back to the grind. Once the month off is over he starts with 4am workouts, and longs runs to get himself back into shape. He'll slowly start ramping it up into two workout session a day with weights, and runs. Then once camp starts to close in he get with his QB, and starts working on routes, and chemistry. The Luchadores had two QBs, so he spent time with both of them running route, and getting used to the way they tossed the ball. Kal also works on his balance by taking dance, and yoga classes. He'll also work with Martial Arts specialist in order to learn how to roll correctly, and how to work on taking glancing hits so he can shake lose defenders. On top of that he'll meet up with his brother to get some good old fashioned family workouts in.
