Crane has a good offseason training program, which includes daily exercise, along with cross training in other sports (Mainly in beer leagues but still useful), and weekly film study. First, Crane still uses his opened Parkour gym to help with grip strength and cardio, along with full body strength that improves every time he hits his own gym. He also uses his old GRE contacts to get in with paramilitary training exercises, which allows him to do high performance training over the course of the season, which rarely any player has access too. He will also play in rugby, hockey, and basketball in order to keep the competitive spirit in him throughout the season, and keeps Crane from getting burnt out through the offseason. Also weekly, he'll go to the film room in the NOLA training facility, where throughout the year he'll watch his highlights that has been annotated by the current OC and RBs Coach in order to stay mentally sharp.
