Taonga Kofi, after getting drafted with the first pick in the ISFL draft had a very busy offseason. He needed to make sure he lived up to what colorado had invested in him, and didn't want to dissapoint them. Though he planned to stay down in the DSFL for a season or two, with his new access to the colorado training equipment, he was extremely busy, running drills and constantly in the workout room. He made sure to spend some time with his friends and get to know his new teammates, after all he wanted to stay there a long time. Taonga will be the lone star safety for bondi beach buccaneers this season, with his teammate David Corrigan swapping positions to corner back, and their newly drafted star safety Roy Rivers swapping to line backer, and he really felt the weight of that pressure this offseason. He plans to really step up his game, and hopes his efforts over the offseason translate to production on the field, and eventually the ultimate goal of an ultimini.
