In recent history, the Colorado Yeti have not been very successful playing football on grass or turf in a normal football stadium. However, if the game was instead played in the middle of a frozen tundra, I believe there is no one that could possibly compete with them. Starting with the most obvious point, the Yeti is quite literally a snow monster that terrorizes anyone else that dares to enter its domain. Secondly, the team is used to playing home games in Colorado, where temperatures can get very cold and conditions may get icy. Most ISFL teams play in naturally warm climates and would have a hard time adjusting to this drastic change in climate. Last but not least, since the games would be played on a frozen sheet of ice, agility would likely be the most important attribute. Positions like offensive line and defensive line would be effectively useless as they wouldn't be able to stay on their feet to do anything. The strongest part of the Yeti team is in the secondary, where they have lots of young, agile players that could still move (somewhat) swiftly on an ice patch.
