Wolverine Justice, the man, the myth, the legend has spent his before the draft finishing up his paper work to end his prison sentence. Going through several undisclosed hoops, Justice had spent countless hours working out in "the yard" a reference to the only time prisoners get to spend outside the confines of their cells, in preparation to be in shape for his first professional training camp. He also received visits from two scouts, who spent the time to come down to the prison to speak with him in person and understand his mindset coming into the league and what has changed about him as well as what he hopes to achieve. Clearly that combination was enough to have the Norfolk Seawolves believe in him so strongly that they took him first overall. Following the draft and the expedited prison sentence, Justice has been meeting with his parole officer as well as spending time with fellow drafted individual Kenny Omega and Jett Winters, trying to connect with each other in order to develop the chemistry that a winning team requires. The activites have ranged from tubing in the white water rapids, camping and even opening up a joint charity together for victims of sexual abuse.
