Marshawn and Mat really couldn't be farther apart when it comes to personality and demeanor. Mat is a bit more reserved and tries to keep everything on the field, where Marshawn is Marshawn. However, being able to hang with Marshawn on No Script was a chance for Mat to let the people see the fun side of himself. He had to plan something big.
The show starts with a rented Bugatti Veyron, shipped all the way from New York. They drove the car out into the country as fast as they wanted, considering Yellowknife employs about ten police officers in total. Then they went out to a skeet shooting range, where a special surprise was set up. A whole row of guns to choose from and the clay ducks were replaced with skittles packets.
After getting their fill of lead action, Mat and Marshawn headed over to the local fine eatery, McDonald's. There Mat had prepared a special surprise for Marshawn. The whole place was rented out, and he got the employees to sing happy birthday to Marshawn as they carried him on their shoulders and paraded him around the store. At the conclusion of the song, he was thrown into the ball pit, which of course had been completely replaced with skittles.
