- Shitty GMs before, during and after those resignations occurred. Expansion buried a team because he didn't know how to handle it. And the other one ain't shit either.
It's hard to predict who will stick around at GM, and who will do a good job.
Now that the league isn't in it's infancy, it's going to be easier picking who would be a solid and committed GM.

Calling people cunts, attacking people's disabilities, etc is not good policy and sets a HORIFFIC example for new people. And of course, with that, comes the people who can't take a fucking joke. I have never seen a greater combination of those who are obnoxious trolls and people softer than pillows.
I think the recent HO decision about bullying addresses this pretty well. If someone is being super soft and can't take a joke, they have avenues where they can address it. They can ask the person to tone it down or can reach out to HO to monitor the situation.
If someone is just being incredibly mean, HO can intervene and take action against them. However, we don't see everything at all times, so we really do rely on everyone to let us know about situations before they get out of control.

There, they're two different people, now let him back for fucks sake.We made a ruling based on the information that we have. I think it was the correct ruling given his past history and the evidence provided.
Currently he would be in the "Appeal" phase. The ball is in his court. We have contacted him and we will continue to get to the bottom of this, however we need more cooperation and interaction with him to overturn our previous decision.

I'm over here busting my ass trying to improve and make creative and aesthetically pleasing signatures for other members as well as myself, only to see people also get paid for slapping MS paint text on a black and white image. Insanity.I think this has been discussed previously, but if you still have a problem with it, you should bring it up with the graphics head grader or HO.

See most of my previous points or any announcement in recent history if you're curious as to what I mean. In other words, dont, because unless you live in a cave, you KNOW what I mean. You are entitled to your own opinion, however I think the head office has done a lot of good. I think we got the Noble situation correct given the evidence and time pressure that we had to deal with it.
I think that the league is more balanced now that we've buffed tight ends, adjusted defensive lineman and given GM's the option for OL bots.
I think we also made the right decision by stopping bets forcing players to leave in free agency.
I think we've been much more transparent than in the past. I've tried engaging and explaining reasoning of decisions made by the head office, and really that might have pissed more people off than helped but I did have the intention of transparency with my explanations.
We also had a survey for useful feedback. Now, we utilize an issue tracker of current issues being discussed by head office.
It's pretty easy to hate on the head office, but saying blanket statements against us aren't really helpful to get us to improve.
Feel free to make suggestions in the suggestion box or PM us.

Not sure if you noticed, but we've had a shortage of updaters. When the demand for updaters is as high as it is, we will pretty much take anyone. This means that it's possible people that are unqualified end up updating.
Updating is often the bottleneck of the operations of the league.

We have multiple safeguards in place to prevent rigging. The fact that anyone still thinks this is a thing is mind blowing. If anyone wants the proof or wants more information, reach out to @Sweetwater .

I wouldn't say nobody cares about. Not many players in the NSFL care about it, however if you are a new player, outperforming inactives in the DSFL can be really fun. I got to talk to my friend who was a new comer and went through the entire process to learn useful feedback.
One thing that I learned is that the LR's aren't very active due to each team only having a handful of active users. I think if anything is wrong with the league dissuading players from sticking around, it's that.
However, it does it's job to get player's familiar with the league, getting their player up to par and is healthy for the longevity of the NSFL. If we didn't have it, players would be riding pine or getting destroyed in the NSFL.

We are looking in to this. Really though it would be great if people could start PMing HO information like this so we can do a full and proper investigation before the town witch hunt begins.
