Will OL Bots be able to purchase tenacious blocker trait?
Even with 1 Hands, non-running QBs do pretty well at holding on to the ball, better on average than their NFL counterparts. So even if we had it low at say 50 Hands, that would make them even more far from reality, so we decided to keep it at 1.
And yes, OL bots can purchase traits with their builds. The plan for OL bots is that the tiers will be the same TPE as they are currently and will have the same weight as human players. Where they will be weaker is in Experience (set to 0) and Position Skill (as their completed years in the league will be 0). So rather than the previous system where bots were much weaker at tackle but on a par at guard/center, the bots will instead be comparitively weaker than a human OL no matter where they line up.
This shoud allow some flexibility for where exactly you want to place your human OL along the line.
