19. If your player had a show starring them, what would the plot be? Graphic Option: Create the cover art for your player’s show
Being known in the league for his superhuman abilities, and his outer worldly backstory, Omni Man seems primed for a comic book series. Having such a unique set of powers makes hime prime for a movie as well. The movie would show off his football career and accolades, but then cut to a city being destroyed, his team's city! This looks like a job for Omni Man! Flying out of the conference room he's in, he arrives in the city of Chicago, to see that it is being overrun by the evil coalition known as the Colorado Yeti! Darting into action, Omni Man would go take on each opponent one on one, before coming upon the final battle, the captain and head of the Yeti; Sconnie McHits. Beginning their climactic battle, the S31 linebackers trade blows back and forth, and right as the final blow is being prepared, an evil honk rings out, and the screen cuts to black.
21. What are your thoughts on the sim engine? Do you think that it is better than DDSPF16?
Our sim engine, our beloved sim engine. It's perfect isn't it? Maxed out corners being toasted on every play, linemen on both sides either overperforming or underperforming, the sim is an absolute clusterfuck. So how does it stack up to our old engine? Our new engine isn't perfect, but good god is our old sim engine a hot steaming pile of garbage. With speed bugs, the 80/20 curse, the ability to batch test 1000's of sims, and cornerback tackling that would make Deion Sanders proud. Oh man was our old engine bad. Our new engine fixed some of the bugs and problems of the old sim, but of course it's not perfect. Everyone knows the old phrase "sim gonna sim" and this new engine is not any different. The only evidence I need to provide for this statement is the S28 Chicago Butchers, who went into the season being predicted as a #1 or #2 seed before having the unluckiest season of all time.
24. If you could create a team using any active players in the league, what would that team look like? Would you build a group of all-stars to contend in the next Ultimus, or a team full of jokesters for the fun of it? Describe the roster and why you chose the players you did.
Being one of the few superhuman renders in the league, I think a good start to a fantasy team would be choosing all of the goofy and outlandish renders in the league. With that said however, I'd personally want to create a team of users that deserve success in the league, and have not won an Ultimus yet in their career. I'd take a lot of my Butchers teammates, as excluding any that have won an Ultimus off of the Butchers, we have had our hearts broken year after year, and no matter how close we seem to get, we can never seem to seal the deal. It's really hard to choose others who I would want to team up with, as I don't really spend too much time outside of the Butchers lr, but there are a lot of deserving users in the league who will unfortunately never win, or even appear in an Ultimus.
