Josh Gibson has made a huge change ... he has gotten off the couch and joined the ISFL. Joining a strong team that is competing is great and wasn't something that I was expecting - hopefully we can get across the line and Gibson can help the team's pass defense which I have been told has been a weakness for the Royals.
Getting accustomed to league life hasn't been that tough for Gibson as he has slipped back into the professional mindset that he had when he was an up and comer in Australia's AFL. The ball tracking skills that have landed him in the DSFL came back like riding a bike, he is still watching the player's eyes but instead of an opposition player about to kick the ball its a Quarterback about to throw a spiral down the field. The instincts for the ball are there still, lets hope they show up in a big moment for the Royals.
