With week 14 approaching, Rico Savage is starting to hit the infamous ‘rookie wall.’ In college, Rico never played more than 13 games and yet there’s still 3 more games left in the ISFL season along with up to 3 additional playoff games, if Rico’s Chicago Butchers are lucky enough to make it to the post season and Ultimus. With that all in mind, Rico is actually pulling back on his training regimen and building in more rest in the hopes that it will keep him healthy and fresh to finish out the season. It might seem counterintuitive but Rico knows the effects of overtraining, as he lost half of his Sophomore season in college due to an injury that was, in part, caused by too much training and not enough rest. With all that in mind, Rico isn’t completely taking time off. Instead of physical reps, Rico has been deep in film study learning opposing offenses’ tendencies so the time doesn’t go to waste.
"...TheRake may be the most controversial new player of the S41 class. Notorious not only for shamelessly tampering but also for confidently arguing his broadly incorrect NFL opinions, TheRake has managed to navigate the dangerous waters of controversy fairly well—which is no small feat!" - aeonsjenni
