The Bold Prediction: Blaster Blade will turn it around and become one of the top, if not, the top defensive ends in the league by the end of the second season of the NSFL. This man was easily a top 5 Defensive End in the league after the first season of the NSFL. No one thought he could do it but he did. So once draft time for season two came around, everyone knew that Blade would be a top 3 pick, behind maybe an offensive lineman that was crucial to almost every team, and also Dermott Lavelle a top CB for the Yellowknife Wraiths. Blade is in his second season with a stat line of 10 Tackles 1 TFL and 2 sacks. Very disappointing stat line for him as he ended the season last season wih 47 Tackles 17 TFL 7 sacks and 2 FF. Right now its going into the 5th week of NSFL. We have to wonder if he will turn it around. He definitely has to step it up. Hopefully he does and exceeds his numbers from last season. Is he in a slump? Or is he just another draft bust after being draft number two overall by the Colorado Yeti organization?
