Robby Rainey is a running back. This means that it is a vital element of Robby Rainey’s training strategy to work on the speed, power, and technique with which he runs. The functional result of the this aforementioned focus is that in a somewhat unsurprising development Robby Rainey runs quite a bit as a part of his training. This running takes various forms and has different modifiers based on the day. Run with a blocking sled on Monday, run with no shoes Tuesday (Rainey doesn’t know why this is good, he was told it was good, however, and hasn’t had any evidence otherwise since). Basically everything that Robby Rainey does in a daily routine is all some kind of godawful cardio building exercise and from all that can be heard from the YKW’s young RB in interviews, that’s just the way that he likes it.
