Something that D’Pez Poopsie does is honestly something that he has taken from hearing a lot about the late, great Walter Payton. Walter Payton was a player that D’Pez Poospie values above almost anything else, so why not also mimic his training routine? One exercise that D’Pez has kept up with that this great man used to do is none other than Hill Sprints. Walter used to return home to Mississippi every off season to work out near the Pearl River, and that is the obstacle course that D’Pez starts at every morning when he is down in Mississippi. Hill Sprints build your legs to be those of tree trunks, but it also pushes your mental limits to the test. When all else fails, your body wants to give up, and you think you are dying, you just keep pushing through because that is what you have to do if you want to be the best.
