So, if Westfield has spent 2 seasons with, say, 37 less TPE in blocking and tackling, wouldn't the fairest penalty be to spend one season with 74 less TPE available for useful stats?

Thats still different, but the precedent hasnt changed a ton, just really got rid of the suspension part For what its worth, I wish the CarmelGate ruling never happened, it was a crappy thing for the league
