Signature Size

Can we implement some sort of size limit for signatures?

I can't be the only one annoyed by guys who have desktop backgrounds as their sigs?

Im usually on mobile so I don't see them, but if there are some in particular you think are taking too much space let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I created an image code to rezise images down to 400x200 normal sig size. Its [cIMG] instead of [IMG]
