Raymond Vans is a creature of habit, and as such he has a pretty typical pre-game routine, especially for home games. Seen as a bit of a night owl he's typically one of, if not the last, to go to bed the night before a big game. If at home he's typically jamming on his guitar or watching some late night TV with the boys. On the day of the game he likes to get in a light work out, focusing mostly on stretches to avoid potential injuries. Depending on the time of the game this is typically some time around noon since he typically sleeps in from the night before. Before the work out he has a pretty standard breakfast, typically eggs, toast and some sort of meat. After the workout he'll make time for a larger meal in preparation for the big game. His go to meal is a nice steak with a healthy portion of broccoli and some potato wedges. If he's out of town he'll typically just go out instead, opting for some standard american food so as to no upset his routine (and stomach). In the dressing room he likes to chat with the team and is typically one of the more vocal guys in the room. While not the one to get the jams started, he'll always quick to jump in and queue up a few of his favorites. His go to right now is rage against the machine.
Errol Maddox has a standard procedure that he likes to follow on game days before games start. He starts by having a big breakfast to give him energy before the upcoming game. The meal he has for breakfast varies based on what mood he is in that day but he makes sure it will be filling enough to sustain him through the whole game. After breakfast, he usually heads right to the stadium so that he can get there with plenty of time to spare before the game begins. On the ride over to the game, he'll get himself hyped up by listening to some music in the car. He'll usually choose to listen to something lively and upbeat to help him wake up and get excited. When he first gets to the stadium, he will warm up before the game. He'll start by stretching to get loose and then run some sprints along the sideline to get warmed up. Afterwards, he will try to find his quarterback so he can practice making a couple catches before the game gets started and get into a rhythm with the quarterback before the game gets started. Overall, Maddox's routine doesn't include anything too special or unique, but he likes to keep it simple so that he can focus on the game ahead and play his best.

Brave Ulysses wakes up ready to go and you wanna know why because he makes pancakes all day for a living i mean who wouldnt want to make pancakes all day for a living figuratively and literally i mean going to the kitchen and making pancakes and then going to the practice field and making pancake blocks over and over again because after the hours and hours of footwork and punching drills you gotta have that urge to lay someone out but its all in the good fun of the sport because blocking for your fellow teammates is one of the most under appreciated yes i used two words for under appreciated for the word count position in the game because no body thanks the lineman after a decent run its always the rest of the divas on the team that gets credit but thats okay because that means i get to go home and eat pancakes sooner because everyone else has all this attention to deal with and i throw on my playlist after a game and go to my canada house to take an edible cuz its legal here and just jam out while i rest for practice and oh shit the league just sent me a drug test i wonder if its cuz i blew my cover, anyways thats a day in the life of Brave Ulysses on a game day thanks for listening

Verso L'Alto doesn't have a lot in terms of pre game rituals. In the past he has been interviewed about his music choices before big games (he prefers to listen to intense movie scores a la Hans Zimmer), and in high school there was a pair of heart boxers that he always wore for game day until they became too worn and threadbare (but this was more to be funny than anything). And that's fine and dandy, but with all of the hype that goes into the pre game rituals and everything, he finds that it can be more anxiety provoking than anything. He'd prefer to keep his day as relaxed and focused as possible, not allowing other silly routines to take up his time and attention. He makes sure to get good sleep, eat well, and spends some time with family if he is able to. He stretches out for an hour before joining the team and if it's away game he'll spend some time alone looking around the stadium and getting to know the field a little better. L'Alto knows that the adrenaline will come rushing in when it's time, but the moments of calm keep him focused well too. Entering the twilight of his career, he likes to think this may be his perspective on the game maturing just a bit.
Mason Brown has a very specific game day ritual. He wakes up at 3 a m and eats a potful of egg noodles. Then he goes into town to sign autographs at 6 a m After that he goes to a massage therapist for a 3 hour section. Once he is nice and loose he goes and and does a section of yoga while listening to opera. Then for lunch he eats a giant batch of pancakes with nothing on them with a side of a pound of sausage. Then he spends a while with his family and a handful of friends. He also will watch the opposing offense with the defense at 4 p m to see if they can find anything extra about the offense that they did not catch during the week. When he pulls up to the stadium in his 1968 Chevy Camero he signs even more autographs. And when he gets down to the locker room he fucks around with his teamates to get the moral up... He says to Showbiz to imagine the Wide receivers as defensive back and the defensive back as wide receiver so maybe he will throw less picks in the game. He asks the coach if he can play offense. The closest he gets is punt returns.

Jorel Tuck wakes up everyday at 6:66 AM, GMT. This is all part of the deal that he made with the devil which forces him to support the source of his drive and power. On days where he is feeling groggy Jorel Tuck likes to give himself what is known in the business as a P.E.D. kamikaze. At this point Jorel is a bit unclear what the concoction is actually made of, but he has learned that the shot does not make him feel as bad if he does a few lines of cocaine to wake himself up with first. After Jorel Tuck gets his medicine he likes to have a heart breakfast of protein powder blended with a combination of some of the most essential ingredients to men’s health which include: stem cells, rhino horns, shark fins, and whatever the hell Tom Brady has in his unmarked Gatorade bottle on the sidelines. Something Jorel Tuck is always sure to avoid are strawberries though, whenever he feels like he might want to eat another one of the devil’s fruit, he eats 5 whole avocados; skin, seed, and all. On a game day, Jorel does the above and once he arrives at the game he spends the entire hour before with head phones that he plugs into nothing while he yells at the top of his lungs.

Josh Parker is a very routine player, you won’t find him doing anything really differently unless he’s out of the game or not feeling well. He wakes up at the same time almost every day sometimes the random mornings if he didn’t have a good sleep he will lay down for an extra 30 minutes but no more than that. He has a piece of toast with and egg and avocado and a fruit of his choice and heads to the stadium for their morning practice or sometimes to work out. After that he heads back home and watched some of the highlights on sports net and catches up on some news. After that he has a mid-day nap at the same time every day. He gets thrown off if someone wakes him up. He has a playlist he listens to everyday on game day and will listen to the exact same songs in the same order, most people think he’s weird but it’s something he’s been doing since he was young so why change now when it’s working. He heads back to the stadium in the exact same driving pattern every time and tries to arrive there around the same time. He likes his set schedule and it seems to be working for him. He has a Pepsi before every game. Weird right.
