Hey @Eco I think there's a lot here to work with and I think each of them have issues that the other solves, so it's weird, but a 2/5 and 3/5 for these.
I like use of the background, and that text on the first one, while a little large, is really good. I don't like the lack of blending, and it's feels like you put the render on a gray background, swirled it around, and then added the render again, correct me if I am wrong. I don't like the overlay white text at 100% opacity, or normal at not 100% opacity. So here's what I would like to see next go, I'd love you to add a layer on top of the render, whether it's a soft brush set to screen to add a layer of light, or another image, I would like to see more depth (which your second sig has) and blending overall.
