If you remember back to ancient history, or S21, in that particular draft, there were some players available. Drafted 1OA was Prince Vegeta, who according to the TPE Tracker (which hasn't been updated that recently?) is top in the class in TPE. Regardless of how accurate the TPE Tracker is, he's very close to the top and is a very good pick for the Otters.
But I am not here to talk about the good picks and steals of the draft. No, I am here to discuss whether the 18th overall pick, running back Ed Barker, from the New Orleans Second Line, was a bust. According to the TPE Tracker, Barker is 14th in TPE, which honestly is pretty good for the 18th pick, right? You got more value than expected with that.
Ranking S21 based on TPE with draft pos weighting attached:
And there he is, entombed in the shrines of mediocrity, barely above average. Compared to his peers, he may be seen as a bust, with higher TPE players still available later. However, with a fair amount of his peers drafted earlier struggling TPE-wise, he's not as bad of a pick as you'd expect. He's not a max earner, but not an IA either. He earns in the middle of the pack, and will earn a solid ## of TPE. Now, I don't have much else to say about Ed Barker, but we do need 400 words to be able to buy training. So, in conclusion, which is the ending of the sentence or paragraph of paper or article, or even an event or reasoning, aka an argument to persuade someone of an opinion or mindset, which is derived from the latin conclusio, and has been used as a word commonly since the 19th century according to Google Dictionary, Ed Barker is most definitely, completely, and irrevocably, a bust. He should not have been picked and you should not pick him.
