Since it was in the prompt, and I’m not feeling very creative at the moment, let's talk agents in the league and why they don’t work. With the strict tampering rules the league maintains, there’s simply no room for an agent to have any “agency”. As currently constructed, for an agent to have discussions for a team in regards to one of their clients, the team, agent, and player all must be party to the conversation. This alone fundamentally breaks agents. if they can’t have discussions about their clients for fear of tampering prospects, they’ll never be able to actually do anything that the player couldn’t on their own. Also, one of the major talking points of agents is their ability to garner larger contracts for their clients. However, this league doesn’t value big contracts… in fact it goes out of it’s way to avoid them. With money being so easy to make there’s literally no reason for someone to take a big deal. Even if someone were to sign a large deal… let's say in the 8-10 million range. They could literally make far more than that by setting aside an hour of time over the course of the season, banging out a large media piece, and then releasing it during a 1.5x or 2x event. For all these reasons, I think Agents will never work in the league.
One thing I strongly believe that the International simulation football league could and should consider changing is the TPE cap on the DSFL for current players such as quarterback, running back and wide receivers as well as all the other positions. I think the current cap restriction at 250 TPE is not enough. Players should get more TPE to try out different types of builds. Even if it’s raising it by 50 tpe points. Most builds are pretty much the same because you want to be on an even playing field with other members. If we have more PPE to mess around with we might see more unique builds in different positions. This would ultimately lead to more interesting games as well as different schemes teams could run. I believe it would make the entire DSFL more fun and exciting. I think the small change would not really be a big problem for the DSFL. Lots of players Outs and then they can’t do anything with their builds the first season. If these small changes were made players would be able to still be engaged in making more unique characters in the development part of the simulation. I think this change should come and with the points I laid out, should happen soon!

Hello, good afternoon. The case that I am here enforce is for a team with a special culture. This is a team that understands that they are only as strong as their weakest link. This is a team that prepares every gameplay to focus on their best way to win. And that team is the Tijuana Luchadores.
Although it may seem to the common person that I am picking the Tijuana Luchadores mainly because I have been drafted by them, that should only enforce the culture that I’ve been consumed in. Starting off, the people they have their are so welcoming. From the day I got scouted to today, you can tell that everyone here has their eyes on the prize, to get that Ultimini. The communication and focus this organization has here is top notch. This allows the team to grow as a cohesive unit, and that’s hard to beat. Another reason why this team is destined for greatness is the game planning. Our coaches are able to distinguish the strengths to capitalize on, and the weaknesses to mask (if any). Our coaches ability to consistently update the game plan to put the team is what will propel this team to the championship game
Tijuana is the best DSFL team of all time. This is an easy opening statement because its true and everyone knows its true because of how dominant Tijuana has been since I had my first player there in 2017 which is like 3 years ago and im just realizing now that ive been in sim leagues for 3 years now which idk how to feel about. But anyways Tijuana is the best DSFL team of all time solely due to its team history, lets start at S5 the year that a bot team won a DSFL championship good job for letting that happen @iamslm22, anyways this was the season that i took over as a GM in my rookie season and eventually handed the team off to nunc and iseedoug after a couple playoff appearances and building up the LR, which ended up starting the Tijuana dynasty that included multiple championships under nunc and iseedoug, as well as an era where myself and @Ben won a championship as GMs, and then handing the team off to TomHanks and Scorp lmap where they had some success as well. My evidence for this entire point task is rings. Tijuana has 7 out of 22 possible championships. Thats 32 percent of DSFL championships being won by Tijuana.

Player Agent rules need to be changed for several reasons. Firstly, I don't even know what agents do. Salary negotiations are almost nonexistent, so, especially if agents get a cut or something, what work are they actually doing? Secondly, the league doesn't seem to support agents very well given there is ZERO information about them posted in any prominent location. Thirdly, with the league really wanting to contract league economy, it gives even less meaning to agents fighting to funnel money any which way.
Therefore, I would propose we just get rid of agents entirely because.... why? I feel like if agents were a true asset to the league, their role/purpose would be far more obvious to point out just through logic and common sense, but so long as the league economy (which has been discussed in point tasks to exhaustion) is in contraction from head office officials, and so long as there are numerous ways to make money in the league (twitter, jobs, stocks, etc.), it makes agents "maximizing" your league contract something of minimal impact. The majority of players I know have contracts that serve as a de minimus proportion of their yearly income. Lastly, even if the economy is "fixed" to prioritize contracts and create a legitimate free agent market, players will still have enough money-making opportunities where they will likely have little to no interest in paying someone to play hardball when most players care about where they go more than how much they make.
Anyone with a working brain stem could tell you that Orange County is the team to be in Season 25 of the ISFL. Our offense is electrifying, led by rookie sensation Suleiman Ramza. Despite being a relative newbie, he's orchestrating an air strike on opposing defenses with a league-leading 7.7 yards per attempt. Helping him decimate defenses is the elite trio of receivers at his disposal of Future Trunks, Jeffrey Phillips, and Garfield Despacito, all three of whom average at least 50 yards per game, with the first two averaging 70, which prevents defenses from focusing on one target. But unlike other elite offenses like Honolulu, New Orleans, or Philly which have to carry a weak defense, Orange County is lights-out on defense. Both Tyrone Biggums and Joseph Joestar lead the league in tackles, and Rapid Eagle is among the best sack artists in the league. But the biggest name is Prince Vegeta, who might be the Defensive Player of the Year frontrunner with a league-leading four picks, two of which went for six, in the same QUARTER. Combine one of the league's best offenses and one of the league's best defenses, and that gives you a league-leading point differential of +48. The next closest is Honolulu with +23. You may’ve noticed the frequent use of the word "league-leading" in my argument. We do that a lot in the OC, including in the most important stat: win percentage. 100%, 4-0, baby.
