The obvious answer, in more ways than one, is Tatsu Nakamura to his home country of Japan. For one, he's one of the players on the Outlaws with an international birthplace, being born in Yokohama. But more importantly, he's been the best running back, and arguably the best player, in the ISFL for the past 3 seasons straight. There's no better way to get the country invested in a sport than to rally behind a superstar from their own country, just look at Yao Ming in Basketball for a perfect example. As such, Tatsu gets the nod for the Outlaws. What would he be doing? Probably not all that much different from most other boot camps, he'd run drills, perhaps going into a bit more detail on the Running Back drills, and regaling the people at the camp with stories from his time in the ISFL. He might also talk about some of his relationships with his teammates or specific players, maybe his rivalry with Dax Frost/Raphtalia Chan/Chizuru Ichinose for awards as the best running backs in each league for a couple years, or his bonds with the other players from the S22 draft. He might also talk about the circumstances that resulted in his trade from the Otters to the Outlaws in the first place.
