The floor is open... ask away!
@RainDelay
You built a stud young player in the SHL, will you have the same success here?
Honestly, I have no way to answer that question. Building a player is always a gamble and a bit of help from those more knowledgeable than you. I certainly hope to repeat the success that I've had in the SHL but my Football knowledge is definitely lacking compared to hockey.
There are so many quarterbacks, so why did you choose to be one?
Quite a few reasons as to why so let me go over them:
1) I didn't want to do a defensive player.
2) I'm not a fan of any O-Line / D-Line position.
3) Kicker/Punter is already overloaded with prospects
4) WR has the most propsects out of any position
5) QBs get a free position change if things don't work out.
If you don't have a starting spot, would you use a free position change?
I would like to keep my options open so I would use the free position change if I'm unable to make the team in my desired position. However I would still like to enter the league as a QB as I believe that is where I'll be able to shine the most.
Which team location is closest to you?
Geographically, the Baltimore Rav...I mean Hawks would be the closest to me....I think...
If talking NFL, I think that's either the Bills or the Patriots.
Sprite, 7Up, or Sierra Mist?
Sprite > 7UP > Whatever that 3rd one is.

@theFlock
1.) Any QB you try to model your game after the most?
I like to model my game only after the very best in existence. Whether it be Brady, Flacco, Manning, Manning, Rodgers. Each one of these guys brings a strength to their game which I try to learn and add to my own game.
2.) Could you beat Tom Brady in a foot race?
Can someone not beat Tom Brady in a foot race?
3.) Which receiver, current or past, would you love to throw to every week?
Growing up in Canada, I was watching the CFL a lot more than the NFL. I would've loved to throw a pass to Ben Cahoon of the Montreal Alouettes.
4.) Which receiver in this draft would you want most on your team?
I think I'd be happy to throw a pass to any receiver on my future team. I think the NSFL is new enough that I do not have any immediate preferences.
5.) Favorite pre-game song?
Some classical music to calm myself and focus on the job at hand.
---------------
@Grapehead
What is your favourite game day meal?
Is it too generic if I say pasta & chicken or Salad & chicken? I love chicken. Any way it's cooked, except fried, is good to me. What comes with the chicken as a side dish is what defines the plate.
What do you listen to before a big game?
Classical music in order to keep calm and focus on the game. Any overly hyperactive music will excite me too much at the start and will mess up my pre-game routine.
What's your favourite movie?
Any Given Sunday? I think that's a good answer in this context. I like sports movies.
What do you do in your spare time?
I cook, I game, I party. Other than my exceptional skills on the field I'm a pretty average guy.
What's the worst injury you've had?
Minor concussion when bashing heads (with helmets on of course) in a pre-game hype with my college team. Ever since then I haven't been able to listen to anything but calm music when preparing for a game.
-------------------
@youngcricket
1) Why're you the QB I should build around?
I'm a very smart player and will more often go for the plays with the highest percentage of success. The team depends on the QB to initiate plays and if they lose confidence in you then the whole team falls apart. Being able to complete passes night after night helps the team trust in your calls. I believe I can achieve that given the opportunity of being a team's starting QB.
2) Favorite sim league?
Currently the SHL is where I've been learning the ropes of being a player in a sim league. Before that I would occasionally mess around in EHM (solo & leagues) to figure out threshold values that would move a player from good to exceptional. Non-hockey sim stuff is fairly new to my repertoire but I look forward to the challenge that comes with it.
3) What do you like most about the league?
The fact that it's all very new and that everyone has an equal opportunity to shine from the very first pre-season game. Often with established leagues it takes time to see results for your player and this can sometimes lower the initial fun a user might have.
4) Is there a certain GM that sticks out to you?
I was asked to join by RavensFanFromOntario so I would have to say that I've got my hopes come draft day that I'll be considered by the Wraiths. But if a team wants to take a chance on me at QB I'll be happy to play anywhere. They won't be disappointed.
5) What do you want in a team?
I want to be in a team that makes me want to be there. If the environment gets too annoying or is just not fun I wouldn't have a single reason to remain there. My activity goes hand in hand with the fun I'm having. Winning championships along the way is always a good thing too.

@JBLAZE_THE_BOSS
1. Why are you so aggressively french canadian?
I really can't help it. I was just born that way. To my haters; Deal with it. To my fans; You know who you are and thank you for your support.
2. Do you see yourself ever getting into a fight on the field?
I don't think a QB should get into a fight on the field. Our hands are our livelihood and to have them injured would hurt the team. But if the other QB came out on the field to fight me I'd knock his bitch ass down in under a minute.
3. What would you tell your team if you were down 28-3 in the Super Bowl in the 3rd quarter?
"Listen boys, I know we can come back but in case we don't, I don't want to be remembered as the team that matched the Falcons. SO LETS GO SCORE SOME FUCKING TOUCHDOWNS!!"
4. Why should players look to you to be a leader?
Players either want a leader that hypes them up or a leader that leads by example. I plan on being a solid reliable smart QB that as long as the pocket is not breached will deliver pass after pass after rush after pass and get us the wins that we need.
5. Do you think the fact that you're a foreign born player will impact your ability to connect with American fans?
Ultimately, I don't think that will be an issue. The fans want to see their team win. It will not matter whether that player is Canadian, American, or even Japanese as long as success comes along with it. The great sport of Football unites us across the globe.

@Bzerkap
1. Seeing you're a hockey fan, do you love or hate Sidney Crosby?
Hate the person. Love the player. Except when he dives... then I also hate him on that front... wow... I guess I hate him more than I thought.... fuck Crosby.
2. As an avid simmer, what other parts of your life would you sim if you could?
If I could sim my job that wouldn't be a bad thing. Randomize the amount of bugs entered per day and the rate bugs entered get fixed... interesting....
3. As a QB what type of an offense do you think most accentuates your skillset?
As a QB focusing on the pocket passer archetype I think an offense that would let me shine is one that can keep the pocket tight to give me the time and space to hit my targets. As long as my RB & WR & even TEs can run, than we'll be in business. A good offense wins games. A better offense wins championships.
4. Who's game film do you watch the most?
My own. I will always look at my own games the most and see where I went wrong and what I can do to improve. I do model some aspects of my game after NFL QBs and will use their tapes in order to see how they did certains things correctly and compare it to how I did it myself. Improvement comes from understanding one-self.
5. Are you comfortable handling a snap and dropback under center?
I might not be the most mobile QB there but I can handle something like that without a sweat.
---------------------------
@Apache_Chief
1. Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I used to butt heads (helmets on) with my Offensive Linesmen but a concussion due to that left me unable to continue this ritual. Nowadays I don't have any.
2. If you had the option between a Nike and an Adidas sponsorship which would you pick and why?
Both have their goods and their bads. I wouldn't be against any of them. But Adidas does make the better shoes & shirts. Nike does better in the gear & apparel department.
3. Have you started any beef with any of the other prospects or do you try to avoid that?
I've signed up for the draft fairly late compared to other prospects so I haven't started or received any beed with anyone as of now. Maybe when I'm on a team and can play against others I'll be able to have beef with someone.
4. On the topic of beef; Do you enjoy your steak with pink in the middle, if not, what's wrong with you?
Medium-Rare is what I enjoy my meat the most. With only a sprinkle of salt to ensure that the juices don't flow out during the cooking. If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.
5. Favorite cartoon growing up?
Animaniacs is defintely my favourite and most memorable cartoon that I watched as a child.
---------------------------
@Ltsmashie
Do you have any hidden talents?
I enjoy racing and love to take a car for a spin. Nothing like the sound of big engines roaring as they speed around a course.
When was the last time you got into a physical fight and what caused it?
Locker room drama in my high school. It's not fun being the loser in any sports game and my friend bragging about him winning made me a very sore loser that day.
Are you buying your mother a house with your signing bonus?
I'll buy her a wonderful gift with my signing bonus. Once I get the big money on a contract I'll definitely buy her that house she always wished she owned.
Disney Land or Planet Hollywood?
Neither. Both are a dying breed in my opinion.
What is your favourite meal?
A good well cooked steak is always a treat. Nothing too fancy, just grilled on the barbecue with a sprinkle of salt.
----------------------------
@Raven
Will you recreate as a kicker at some point and smash the records I've set and make me sad, like in the smjhl?
Do you want me to make you sad once again? Because that's how you convince me to make you sad. To be honest, I wanted to make a kicker but then I saw the list of users there and I decided to make a QB instead. So who knows, maybe in the future if you decide to be salty again
How far do you reckon you could throw the ball?
Accurately? Easily 35-45 yards. After that it gets a little risky. However, if we're talking about pure distance, I can launch it easily 65 yards.
Favorite pizza toppings?
Capres, Achovies & Ham. It sounds weird but I enjoy it. If you think it's bad, deal with it.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Where I saw myself 5 years prior. More seriously, I see myself as an all-star, 1st team, multiple championship rings on my fingers.
How hyped are you for the draft?
Pretty damn hyped. This is a great new experience and the draft is massive. It reminds me of my first season in the SHL/SMJHL. It was very entertaining then and I hope the NSFL can be just as entertaining as the SHL/SMJHL.
---------------------------
@evryday
Ah, another QB...If you weren't playing football, what sport would you be playing?
Hockey. I learned to play hockey as a kid and I love winter sports as well.
Any reason you chose the most unlucky number (supposedly)?
Exactly because of that reason. Everyone claims it's an unlucky number so I took it once and I haven't had any bad luck with it so far.
What is your favorite video game?
I can never get enough of any racing simulation games. I don't think I have a number 1 favourite game though but any solid RPG/shooter is fun. Out of my head I do remember vividly Borderlands (1&2), PUBG, Bastion, Arkham Batman games as well.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Funnily enough, I do not have one. I must be one of the few that doesn't.
Favorite band...go!
uhhhhh....uhhhhh.... Metallica most likely. I really need to listen to more music though.
---------------------------
@Tomen
1.Will you be a steal again?
Only if you let me be a steal again. You know it was fucked up that I fell so much in the SHL draft. And you were partly responsible for not getting me drafted earlier when your team had a pick.
2. What is your biggest fear?
Fear of failure and disappointing my friends & family. Also a little bit of vertigo (I cannot jump off the 5m diving boards or higher... I just can't...)
3. Do you follow any sports?
I follow the NHL with great attention when the Montreal Canadiens are playing. I also follow Formula 1 every season. This season is a great one for first time watchers if anyone wants to get their racing appetites wet. I do loosely follow competitive ski racing even if it is much harder to follow from North America compared to Europe.
4. What made you decide to do football and not Canada's national sport hockey?
Opportunity and skill. It turns out I was much better at passing the ball than shooting the puck. Go with what you're best with and make a living out of it was what my parents suggested me. And so I did.
5. Favorite video game?
Borderlands (1&2) are always solid choices. F1 games & Project Cars are there as well. Games I will never forget are Bastion & PUBG.

I like all the logos actually. All of them are quite original and colourful. There was definitely a lot of attention in the names of th teams as well.
4. You've probably been hit plenty in your career, have you ever been injured?
Funnily, other than brusing I haven't been injured much in my career. I've had a concussion from bashing helmets with my offensive line in my rookie season in college. I also had a broken finger at the tail end of the same season. Fortunately it was not on my throwing hand so we're good on that front.
5. Is a hot dog a sandwich?
Only if you want it to be. Don't let people decide for you. Personally I don't think so.
-------------------------------
@`incitehysteria`
Why do you think you can be one of the top quarterbacks in this class?
I think that being able to be a QB with very high passing percentages will make me stand out in the sea of of QB in this draft. With everything being so new, teams will be looking for stability from the newly forming core of the team. I believe that a QB that can make those safe passes play after play will help the team right out of the gates. This is what I am and I believe that will help the team succeed both on and off the field.
Are you concerned with moving pretty far away from your home in Montreal?
I've already spent my college years in Illinois. I think that I'll be able to handle living away from home without much trouble.
Is playing in Yellowknife your #1 destination? Any other teams that intrigue you?
Any team that can offer me a QB spot will be a #1 destination in my books. Yellowknife is up there because I've already had contact with their management.
What do you bring to the table as a locker room presence?
I bring some calm and some fun. I don't mind being the guy people ask for help if that's what they need. I don't mind being the fun guy to bring humour in the locker room. I certainly don't mind being the shit talker if someone has to lay down the beef.
What would you buy for your teammates as a rookie dinner?
I think that there is no better way for teammates to bond together than a steak dinner at a great restaurant. I would definitely buy one of those for my teammates at a rookie dinner.
The floor is open... ask away!
