Effective at the conclusion of this season, I will be stepping down as General Manager of the Honolulu Hahalua. It has been a long nine seasons, and I am looking forward to finally taking a break. Taking over in S25 as a Co-GM, and then being promoted to Head GM in S27, as well as being a player on this team since its inception, I've been able to see all the high and low points of the team, and I look forward to seeing how the new era of the team ends up going, and I'm sure they will end up doing even more than I was able to accomplish.

Taking over for me will be everyone's favorite @IceBear32!, already doing some great work for the team, and will do even better once he gets complete control along with Flex. While this season has not gone the way I hoped my send-off season would go, its still not over yet, so hoping we can surprise a few folks and cause some upsets. In the meantime, would like to shoutout everyone that stayed with us through the tough seasons, getting updates in whenever they could, and not losing hope. Along with that, special shoutouts to Flex and Atto for GMing with me, and Raven for drafting me to the team.

For everyone on that Season 31 Ultimus Team, this team has a great future coming up, but all of you will always be a part of that first ever Ultimus Win for us, pretty cool tbh.

I watched Sid enter his first sim league in the EFL a few years ago and thought to myself "this kid is a real piece of work." The growth this dude has shown since his first day, week, month has been incredible to witness first hand. I'm proud of the user he's become and he's a staple in all of our communities. It was a fun few seasons being able to work together with him as GM of this incredible team. We got big shoes to fill @IceBear32!

Sidd, you have shown this league that it is possible to come back from a negative connotation. You put your head down, realised your errors and worked on yourself and have made yourself one of the greatest users in this league. I really hope you enjoy your retirement from GM'ing!

Anyone reading this that may have a negative connotation in the league, please see what Sidd has done and follow his lead. You don't need a multi, or a motherly figure to fix yourself.
