As a stat guy, referring to moneyball, there's consistent players and different ones who have positive stats to affect the game, especially over time. Consistent yards, and plays that give advantage over the team. Looking at top teams, to mid, to bottom, we can see what is and isn't working. For instance, the Tijuana Luchadores, have some great powerhouses and their W/L record is pretty good. Personally, I think that the RB Jake Williams is not getting enough carries, their run offense stat wise is phenomenal, with an average of 5 yds. per carry is the same as the top team in the South, Northfolk Seawolves. Not undermining, but preferring to give him more carries to bump advantage. Also, the Luchadores run defense is not good or consistent enough and will probably need to work harder this season in efforts to perfect, and solidify their place in playoffs, and good standing in future seasons. Planning for the worst, and putting effort into small time and big time impactors can change the teams, perspective, attitude, and confidence.
