PT Pass please and thank you
While the index is definitely one of the best parts of the league and I definitely have spent cumulative hours or maybe even days poring over it during my time in the league, I want to use my PT response this week to talk about the WolfieBot dashboards, which functions in some ways as a souped-up version of the index and in particular is great at addressing one of the index's only failings - inability to track historical records. While the index tracks records only to the date of the sim transfer at the start of Season 27, WolfieBot Dashboards has complete historical records for the league and keeps track of records for both the league overall and individual franchises, for career records, regular season records, and playoff records, and also has searchable individual player pages where you can see any player's career stats broken down by season and where they rank all-time in several categories. Overall it is a wonderful site and I am very appreciative of the Pidgey himself @infinitempg for creating and maintaining such a great resource that augments the traditional index in extremely useful and fun ways.

Everyone has their own things they find interesting and like about the index, personally what i like about the index is the ease in which i can find my player Cornelius King III stats. So far he's having a career year with 52 receptions 806 yards and 7 TDs in 10 games, which is good for 6th on the receiving list and t4 for receiving TDs according to the index also I regularly check big slammus stats to see if hes anywhere near breaking the all time sack record. another thing I like about the index is how i can find my teams record and standing because i cant make it to every stream so it comes in clutch. this year the birdogs are about 3-7 which is good for 3rd in the division so we aren't doing too good.
the last thing i wanna talk aboit is how i can look up past stats. im still a relatively new member so I'm interested in seeing past records and stuff and thats just another thing the index helps me with.
Something that has been fascinating to me so much so for the Chicago Butchers is that, if math serves correctly, Vincent Sharpei Jr of the Chicago Butchers should hold just about every receiving record for the Chicago Butchers in the regular season. I am hoping to continue to fight regression at least this next season so I can be cemented as the best WR in Chicago Butchers History and that is all help to the index and hopefully stats continue to trend upwards as I continue to fight regression. It’s been a long road for a Vincent Sharpei Jr and the Indexes have been more then helpful for be being able to follow my career in such a way that I can keep up with how I am playing and how well Chicagos Wide Receivers have been throughout it all. I am just happy to have been apart of it all and hopefully make history next season.

What do I like about the index? Well, everything basically! I am a massive fan of statistics, and the Index is the first point of call when wanting to look something up, or checking a result, seeing how your player is doing this season or more importantly all time, if you care about legacy which I do. The index truly is like walking into a massive library, basically the annals of this league, and every book is a season and every chapter a gameweek and every page is some matchup or a players stats. The index is the gift that keeps on giving when you try to figure out if this years MVP should be O Farrell or The Queen, (go SJS). You find those elite stats and performances, and most importantly you try and imagine yourself up there. The one thing I would improve if I could is get all the historical stuff properly linked, and make sure that the index is live as soon as stream ends.

This is a great prompt, thanks PPT.
There are a good amount of hidden gems in our league's index that a person might not know about unless they've done some clicking around and exploring - for example, the "top performances" section that keeps track of some of the best stat lines the index has seen throughout the season on both sides of the ball. The records section of the index is pretty great too, although a word of warning to newer users, records in our current index do not show any data prior to season 27, because that's when the most recent sim transfer was. Luckily, you can still view that data in indices prior to season 27. Looking at some actual stats on this season's index, my player Kumquat Archipelago is having a pretty good year so far with over 800 yards on the ground and 6 touchdowns, but what makes Kumquat special is his dual threat ability - he's racked up another 500 yards through the air with three more scores to round out his statline. Here's hoping Kumquat is able to finish the season with a bang and eclipse some previous career milestones!
To most, the index is simply a tool that's there for nothing more than stat tracking, but I really do appreciate the resource. I love popping into the index to see how my team is doing or the stats I've accumulated over a period of time. It's not something I'd often check, but more something to periodically look at to see where I am at. For the middle of my last player's career, I wouldn't check in on the index often as my player was really not very good. That was until I begun to actually play good and compete for awards. That led to the peak of my index usage as I had a reason to look and see how much better of a player my guy was then the others. It's really not something that should be taken for granted as league wide stat tracking is really awesome, especially looking to see records and all that.
