During preseason press day, a report asked a question about how Erwin Kemp felt about chasing the high of a successful season that was going on 3 seasons ago. The question kind of hit Kemp deep, of course he wasn't the focal point of the offence, or the passing game for that matter, but that doesn't mean he isn't successful in the role he plays. Now, he could be a d-bag and tell the reporter off for doing their job, but he decided to take the other path, he responded by saying that even though the yards and touchdowns haven't been the same, the catches have been similar, so his role in the offense hasn't shrunk and gotten worse, it's just stayed the same and the volume of the passing offense has gone down. He hopes that maybe one day he can repeat the success of his third season in the International Simulation Football League, he's happy to play his role on a successful offense.
When Plant Based first arrived in Chicago, the members of the press that greeted him had a lot to say about the implications of his name in relation to his team name - but the suggestion that he responded the worst to was when he was asked if he'd be adjusting his diet to suit the team name. It was clear that the question frustrated Plant and he had difficulty formulating a coherent answer that wouldn't end with him receiving a fine. In the end, among a lot of blathering and talking nonsense, Plant recommended that the reporter 'educate themselves' and that they 'do their research'. Nobody was totally certain of what he meant by this, but after the media meeting he took to twitter and discord sharing a significant amount of videos and articles related to eating meat and the destruction that creates within the environment. Butchers team management are aware of the issue and keeping an eye on his activity, but at this stage he hasn't had any disciplinary action taken due to his behaviour.
The media asked Big McLarge Huge why he swapped from Kicker Punter to Tight end, this was rather upsetting to him because he felt that he had performed much better as a Tight End than a Kicker Punter.
However Big McLarge Huge is nothing if not in control of his emotions and would not fall for such an obvious provocation to his baser instincts to give some journalists easy click bait. Always calm and cool he would simply answer that he desired a more involved role with the team that couldn't be provided by simply kicking. That he enjoyed being a part of the receiving core and also effective at run blocking for his teammates so they can obtain glory just like he could because he enjoys seeing his teammates succeed just as much as he enjoys success himself. There's no greater glory than shared glory and that's all anyone could ask for.
The question that set Booter McGavin off was "How will you ensure you hit more than 71% of your field goals this season?"
Booter was very upset when asked this question and responded in the only way he knew how... by telling the reporter that he eats pieces of shit like him for breakfast. The reporter was stunned by the response leading Booter to follow up with "you will be kicked out of the locker room if I get any say in it." Booter than stormed away from other reporters shouting that the media session was now over and he would not be having anymore discussion. On his way out Booter caused damage to quite a few things around the San Jose Facility. Most notably, he punched a locker and then drop kicked the gatorade jug while shouting "who wants this terrible fruit punch just give me the riptide rush from now on."

It was Week 1 of the Season 40 DSFL Season, Iosefa had recently made an early exit in the 3rd quarter due to a bowel mishap, however instead of exposing himself to the public he decided to fake an injury to quicky get off the field to take care of himself. It wasn't too apparent he had faked an injury till he came back 2 minutes later as if nothing had happened. Post game a reporter from ESPN asked, "Iosefa, did your preformence today feel crappy by any chance?". Well Iosefa didn't like this pun on his embarresment. He began berrating the reporter for asking such a stupid question, stating word for word "Do you like to be punched in the face?" Everyone was confused, the question wasn't odd, the wording was a bit weird but nothing out of the sort. Iosefa had realized this and also realized the reporters choice of words were simply coincedental, He accidently exposed his big secret to the publlic...

The New Orleans media has been critical of Elessar Jones. In fact, that might be an understatement. They have criticized his lack of playoff success, and point to his zero Pro Bowls and high interception count as reasons for ditching the gunslinger in favor of a new field general. The reporter asked: "You have thrown an increased number of interceptions in two consecutive seasons, and you are coming off a 4 interception game in week 2. Is it fair to say that you are regressing both as a passer and a runner?" Elessar, who has always been admired for his poise, maturity, and level-headedness, did not respond angrily to the question. He thought about the question for a minute and then said, "Thanks for the question, Amanda. It is true that I have thrown more interceptions recently. I have not been pleased with the number of mistakes I have made, and I know I need to play better for this team to reach its full potential. I am working closely with my quarterback coach, Stan Francisco, and we are optimistic we can adapt and evolve in reading defenses and making the right throws going forward."
