Prompt Wrote:It's been a long season, and there's been plenty of time to improve your game. How has your player progressed over the season? Were you consistently hitting the weights? Did you religiously study tape to fix your own mistakes? Or maybe a coach help improved your technique? Whatever the case, describe what helped your player development
I've basically kept my training routine the same this season as it was in the past - making sure that I have new equipment, replacing anything that's worn out, etc. at the start of the season and making sure that I get in the optimal amount of training each week. I think I've done pretty well at this, though I know from history that I'm likely to start feeling the effects of age soon. So, doing all that I can to perform the best I can for the team is at the top of my mind.
Beyond just working on myself, I've tried to make sure to work with the rest of the defensive backs in Austin. Zamir has been great to play across from and has blown everyone away with 3 pick-6s so far this season. Geralt has really been growing in his second year with the team and had 3 interceptions of his own. Tobias and Roma haven't been as flashy, but they've still been solid enough when on the field. Working with everyone to make sure we're communicating on the field and handing off assignments is also part of training to make sure that our game days are as good as they can be.
