Due to his unique look and brash attitude, Rico Savage has been approached multiple times to appear in media but finally the right offer came in for a movie that he just couldn’t refuse. Even though Rico is far too young to have enjoyed them in their prime, he grew up watching buddy cop movies like 48 hours, Rush Hour, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and The Nice Guys with his dad and spent countless weekends recreating them with his brother. So when the opportunity came to not only star in one but also team up with his long time friend Bruce White (@toofpete), he could not resist. The pitch was really simple, pair Rico and Bruce up as two rookie cops in training in 1970s New York City who accidentally stumble into a crime syndicate’s web of drug dealing, murders, and corruption. Rico and Bruce start filming this offseason with hopes of a release next Summer!
"...TheRake may be the most controversial new player of the S41 class. Notorious not only for shamelessly tampering but also for confidently arguing his broadly incorrect NFL opinions, TheRake has managed to navigate the dangerous waters of controversy fairly well—which is no small feat!" - aeonsjenni
Exclusive from the Daily Mail:
"Will Josh Patterson be the newest James Bond?" Rumors are swirling around England this week as Eon Productions announced it was sitting down with the new star quarterback of the London Royals, Josh Patterson, to discuss him taking the reigns of this most coveted role. This news comes as quite a shock to many, as James Bond is usually played by a British or at the very least UK citizen in all previous renditions. We reached out to the Eon Productions studio and received "no comment" as their official response. It seems they are keeping their plans well guarded. Protestors were seen outside Eon Production's offices soon after this rumor broke. While we here at the Daily Mail think Mr. Patterson is a fine addition to the Royals, we question whether he is ready to be put into her Majesty's Service. We hope he focuses more on Touchdowns and less on stealing roles from hard working Brits! We did reach out to Mr. Patterson for comment on this story, he responded with, "I have no idea what's going on. You're a towel!" There you have it folks, the most precious role in British cinematic history is under attack! We must fight to keep James Bond British. James Lance - Daily Mail UK

We're not really sure how, but RE #38 ended up being cast in some Norwegian disaster film. Turns out that Norway is like a natural disaster waiting to happen. So RE #38 was sent on an intensive language course to learn Norwegian and then cast as the main role of the geologist who of course knows what's going to happen before it does but no one believes them. Of course the media caught wind of this and are blaming RE #38s poor week 1 performance on the disaster film, but all RE #38 says in reply is that one disaster equals another disaster. I think that got em to shut up. Anyway filming was done in Norway so it was a lot of long flights between Norway or Australia. So we'll have to see if Mr. #38 is ready for the coming season. But hey the movie did better (in Norway) than the start of his QB career, so he's got that going for him.
Hanks Agent pitching a movie idea to Hank.
Hank, Hank, Hank, how're you doing? I just had this insane opportunity come across my desk this morning, that I know you're going to love. Disney is looking to do a live action Fox and the Hound remake and they need someone with a farmtown image to play the adult in the movie! You would be the perfect fit. With your background a Yeehaw aesthetic I bet you'd be a shoe in for the role. Have you ever acted before? No? That's fine it is a children's movie no one will notice. They will be too busy looking at the fox and the hound. We may need to doll you up and overplay your countryness a little bit, just push really hard on the accent okay? Hank? Are you still there? Hello, Hank? What do you mean you don't want to do it? Exploiting the children for money? Everyone is doing it! Disney cranks out these remakes constantly to feed from nostalgia and indoctrinate a whole new group of kids. Listen Hank I need to make a living too so Im going to need you to take this role and give me my 5%. Fired? You can't fire me! I made you! How do you think you made it this far?! Hank! Hello? …..
Recently, Kalam Mekhar was approached to be a featured actor in a full length movie. At first, he thought his agent was kidding, but soon realized he wasn't. Maybe they are just that hard up for actors in Hollywood. At first he wasn't super excited about the idea, but eventually decided why not. Maybe it will be a good post ISFL career option. Once Kalam sat down to read the script, he was intrigued. Kalam's character is going to be a detective in London in the 1800's and he goes around solving crimes. He's pretty sure its just a rip off of Sherlock Holmes, and he's not sure a deerstalker cap is his style, but it sounds fun anyway. When the studio asked Kalam who he thought would be a good person to play his loveable, but bumbling (and a little dull) sidekick, of course his first idea was his teammate Calvin Spiff @domffl as that sounds like him to a 'T'!

Oliver Tolliver stars in a family-friendly, wholesome American football movie. Tolliver's father was a touring musician, and so he and his half-brothers live far apart - their respective mothers scattered across the continent, their births the result of their father's lifestyle. The three brothers: Oliver, Money and Penger - as well as their cousin Don Tollibeo - are reunited through their DSFL and ISFL careers. The money and travel afford them the opportunities to see each other, and Oliver to provide for his mother in the absence of his often-elsewhere father. Oliver is the youngest brother, and experiences the most challenges with his time as a waiver pickup for the Portland Pythons not going so well, while his older brothers are being drafted in the first and second rounds of the ISFL Draft. Oliver turns his fortunes around, winning the Ultimini with the Bondi Beach Buccaneers after Portland passed on him, before being drafted ninth overall by the Austin Copperheads with their first round pick in the S41 ISFL Draft. Fundamentally, it's a story about a young man from a less-than-ideal home overcoming challenges and finding success. (184 words)
