(S41) PT #3 - Whoa, we're Halfway There!

After 10 games are played, the picture in the NSFC looks most likely as you would have thought before the season started. I have to admit that Chicago is higher than they were supposed to be, but they got their things together and are in the mix of a playoff spot. The Sarasota Sailfish currently hold the third place in a close division, 1 game behind second and 2 behind first seed. Only one game behind is the Colorado Yeti, who I put in a close battle for the 3rd playoff spot together with the Sailfish when the season started. so nothing is decided here. The ASFC is completely different picture though, already curious how this will play out. Arizona being at 2-5 at one point was kind of crazy, but they got back to 5-5 now and are very much in the mix of playoffs again.

On a personal note, the season goes quite well for King Zeus so far. If I could double most of my stats it would be nice and a really good season, but that's nothing you can expect from now on. As there are only 6 games left, and stats come very occassionally for CBs.

Artemis Entreri is leading all of the rookie receivers in total yards. Clearly he is the greatest receiver the league has ever seen. He has demonstrated his ability to consistently make big plays and change the outcome of games, making him an invaluable asset to any team.

Furthermore, his success as a rookie receiver is a testament to his work ethic, dedication, and potential for growth. He has shown that he has the drive and determination to continue improving his performance and leading his team, the Saratosa Sailfish, to success (currently tied for third in the league).

At this point, there is nothing anyone can say or do that will convince me that Artemis Entreri is *not* the greatest wide receiver the ISFL, or even the NFL has ever seen. What other argument matters, other than receiving yards accumulated partway through their rookie season? (Not even an entire completed season LOL). I don't think there is any possible argument.

It’s been 10 weeks for Sean Robinson in the ISFL. He’s had many ups and downs. He started off slowly but has been playing better and better as the season goes on in week 9, he led the Silverbacks in recording then the next game he had a career high in catches and yards. It looks as if Sean will keep getting better each week and should be in for a breakout S42 season. He continues to train everyday to make sure he can do everything he can to help the New York Silverbacks. Something that he has improved on since coming into the league is speed. When he entered the DSFL, he was said to have 52 speed. He has turned this into 90 speed which has helped him succeed lately in the ISFL. Expect Sean to look like a better receiver each week and get more and more targets.

So far this season has been crazy for the Buccaneers after last season winning the Ultimini to 2-5 half way through this season losing their first five. In week six though BBB came out fired up and defeated previously undefeated TJ on the road the beat Minn at home on their new beautiful field. With the way things have been playing out though BBB is only 1 game out of the second playoff spot so hopefully they can keep surging forward. So far Rolund has been having a good season at DE 25 tackles with 4 for a loss 4 sacks and 1 forced fumble and 2 fumble recoveries so he is on pace to have a better season stat wise then last year. All in all so far I have been happy with the growth of the team there have been some very good players coming up for BBB. Also the Crash my ISFL team have been leading the way so far killing it on defense and winning a lot of games.

My hot take is that despite what the current standings show, we will see a three-peat final, with Arizona and Yellowknife facing off each other, with both teams looking to win the best two out of three. But the reason for this being a hot take, isn't for anything on Yellowknife's side, who are currently 7-3 and are second in their conference. But instead on Arizona, who are as of this writing outside of the playoffs, sitting tied for 3 with a 5-5 record. Now there's still lots of games left in the season and these two teams have a chance still to miss or make the playoffs. And even if they both make the playoffs they both need to make it to the final. And that's what makes it a hot take. But should this hot take does in fact take place, I think we will see the Wraiths win it and take the best of three series from Arizona.
