I already made a Pt 1 to this project, but it wasn’t complete and was missing some information. With a huge shoutout to @infinitempg and @DarknessRising for suggesting this, I will be using the Wolfie Bot HOF Resumes to make a second (and more complete) part to finding the worst HOF QB’s. Starting off with a list of every QB in the HOF. (I listed Micycle McCormick, but he spent ½ of his career at kicker and is more in the HOF for being one of the best kickers ever, meaning I won’t count him for this exercise.)
King Bronko
Micycle McCormick
Mike Boss
Borkus Maximus III
Joliet L. Christ
Cooter Bigsby
Corvo Havran
Franklin Armstrong
Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff McDummy
Easton Cole
Mat Akselsen
Mattathias Caliban
Gus T.T. Showbiz
Jay Cue
Avon Blocksdale
I’ve decided to go with a more uniformed approach this time, by trying to create a formula to best represent a QB’s achievements. The formula involves YDS, TDS, MVP’S, QB of the year awards, Ultimuses, and QBR. For stats like QBR, YDS and TD’s I will be ranking all of the HOF QB’s in order in that stat and giving reversed point totals. (i.e. 1st out of 15th = 15 points 15th out of 15 = 1 point) For stats like MVP’s and Ultimuses it will be MVP = 3 Ultimus = 3 QB of the year = 1.5 I am also subtracting points for interceptions with half value, so 1st out of 15 in INT’s is -7.5 points and 15th is -0.5. I will also not be awarding points for MOP as it didn’t exist for some of the players careers. (A final note, for players that didn’t appear in the HOF resumes bot I used their wiki). So now onto the results.
Of the 14 QB’s, I will go in depth on the top 3 and bottom 3 QB’s, to find the worst and best HOF QB.
Number 3: Franklin Armstrong
Franklin Armstrong gets the nod here, for being an incredibly consistent QB. His overall career stats are low for the HOF, (26,000 passing yards, second worst and 170 TD’s, 3rd worst) but his awards and efficiency make up for it by having the lowest number of INT’s, tied for 4th best QBR and 3 ultimus wins. Armstrong path to the ISFL is also interesting, from canadian football to a 11th round DSFL draft choice and a 3rd round ISFL draft choice by the otters in S15 draft, got called up to the ISFL and preceded to win the ultimus and ultimus mvp in both of his first two seasons in the league. After that he never looked back and continued to improve his efficiency throughout his career, leaving Armstrong as my 3rd best HOF QB with 36.5 total score.
Number 2: Mattathias Caliban
Mattathias Caliban was a very well rounded QB and a stat machine. Drafted by the Yeti, he had limited playoff success but was a beast at everything else. Out of HOF QBs, he’s 3rd in passing yards and 2nd in TD’s, with an insanely high 93.76 QBR, good for second best. Despite his team's shortcomings, he himself had much success when it came to awards and recognition, winning an MVP and 3 QB of the year awards. All of this plus average number of INT’s, leads to this statistical wonder being my 2nd best HOF QB with 40 total score.
Number 1: Mike Boss
People who have been around the league a while knew who number 1 would be. Mike Boss is simply the greatest QB in ISFL historyIn. Boss dominated every statline: 1st in Yards and TD’s, 2nd in QBR, good INT:TD ratio. Boss also has the best combination of statline and award success, also tied for most MVPs, most QB of the year awards and 3 ultimus titles. The 3 ultimus titles are incredibly legendary, being a 3 peat in S4, 5 and 6. He was also drafted 48th overall in the 1st ISFL draft, but even accounting for era he is still the best HOF QB and the best QB ever, finishing with 59 total score.
Number 3: Wolfy McDummy and Easton Cole
In 3rd last we have a tie between Wolfy McDummy and Easton Cole, and they both have pretty similar paths to this spot. They are both big numbers, low efficiency (for HOF QB’s) players. Easton is 4th in yards and TD’s, but has the most INT’s and 2nd lowest QBR while McDummy is 6th in yards but 9th in TD’s and last in QBR. McDummy does have a bit of an edge in awards, as they both have a ultimus but McDummy has a QB of the year and a MVP that Cole doesn't. McDummy’s path to the hall is interesting as he was a soccer player in high school and was a wide receiver during his first season in the DSFL. He started off slow his first year, but slowly improved into the HOF QB he is. Cole started off his career as most rookie QB’s do, with a bad season. But by year 3 he was already elite and proved himself as one of the best QB’s in the league. Sadly, for most of his career he was overshadowed by other QB’s, as his career coincided with Armstrongs. The competition led to no MVP’s or QB of the year awards, but he was able to snag an ultimus win in the middle of his career. These two legends tie for 3rd last HOF QB with 20 total points each.
Number 2: Joliet L. Christ
Joliet L Christ is kind of the reverse of Easton Cole, because he’s had a lot of success but underwhelming stats for a hall of famer, with only 23,000 passing yards and 152 TD’s, both last out of the hall members. He is pretty efficient with average INT totals and the 6th best QBR, but the reason he’s in the hall is his awards and team success. He has an MVP during his best season, which is more than 4 of the other HOF QB’s, and also has a QB of the year and an ultimus. All of this makes him HOF worthy, but nothing pops out as legendary so he finishes 2nd last with 14 points.
Number 1: Mat Akselsen
Mat Akselsen comes in as my worst HOF QB for a couple reasons. His career totals are hurt by not playing his first 3 seasons in the league, so he had less time to rack up stats. Another problem is
His lack of playoff success. He does have a MVP and a QB of the year, but no ultimuses really hurt his career. His main issue is not standing out in anything. Of HOF QB’s, he is not better 11th at any particular stat, like being 2nd last in yards, 4th last in TD’s and 4th last in QBR. He is definitely still worthy of the HOF because he does have more passing yards than Armstrong, more MVPs than 4 HOF QBs but overall rounds out the list as the worst HOF QB, with only 10 total points.
Well, that concludes my list, if people care I might do this for other positions such as RB or WR, but that might take a while. I want to give one last thank you to @infinitempg and @DarknessRising for giving me the resources to do this and giving me feedback on my original post, and finally here is the link to the stat sheet.

The Best HOF QB’s
Of the 14 QB’s previously mentioned, 4 of them have a total score above 35 with Borkus Maximus lll just missing the cut for top 3 with 35.5 points, so he gets an honorable mention.
Number 3: Franklin Armstrong

The Worst HOF QB’s
Now that I’ve shown you the best, I think it’s time to show what this article is really about finding the worst HOF QB’s. Before we get into it a little side note is that the worst HOF QB still puts you into roughly the top 0.5% of players and still means you were good enough to join an insanely elite and exclusive club.Number 3: Wolfy McDummy and Easton Cole
In 3rd last we have a tie between Wolfy McDummy and Easton Cole, and they both have pretty similar paths to this spot. They are both big numbers, low efficiency (for HOF QB’s) players.
