Recently, Nakiri Ayame was approached to be a sponsor for a new E-Sports team named, Valor Gaming. The new team will focus on fighting game’s specifically such as Street Fighter, Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, and Idol Showdown just to name a few. The team itself has been quite decent as of late, with a few tournament wins, especially in Idol Showdown. There is a catch to playing that game though, you have to play as Nakiri Ayame, the sponsor of the team, and if you fail to comply with this rule, you have to leave the team as a result. Ayame usually supplies the team with funds to pay for the team’s expenses including G-Fuel, technological improvements, and the latest software/hardware so the team can have an advantage. There is another rule that the team must follow, and that they must attend one of Nakiri Ayame’s games and post proof that they were at the event.

I'd 100% sponsor a Destiny 2 team. We'd bring a fresh take the the stale pro sports scene of Destiny 2 (not that there is one to begin one), but with creating a brand new team, we'd look to dominate in both the PvP and PvE spaces, bringing in creators and players from all sides to make sure we dominate from top to bottom in all aspects of the game. I'd probably be something of a player/coach, much in the way that Kurt Benkurt currently is for Spacestation Gaming and Halo/Madden. During our off days or whenever I'm not training on the field, I'd make sure I was available to assist our top teams with whatever activity they were practicing and getting ready for. I have no idea what name we would give ourselves, but maybe something like like G6 Esports and maybe a nice flying private pun as our motto.
If I were to sponsor an E-Sports team, it would probably have to be a brand-new team because I know basically nothing about E-Sports in terms of how it's run and so what better way to learn about it than to start from the very bottom? It would also be exciting to lead a group of young players and bring them to the top. My team would initially not be very good but I would use the money I have accumulated to buy them good coaching and supplies to ensure they have the best environment for them to succeed. They will compete with pride and bravado cause well why not go out there and have some fun and also strike fear into the hearts of opponents? We have literally nothing to lose. At the same time however we would respect our opponents and be sure to hang out with them every now and then if anything to figure out their secrets hehe. In all seriousness though i would make sure to keep up team morale through group events and meetings for meals to increase how tight everyone is with each other.
Luigi would, of course, sponsor either a professional video game speedrunning team or a Super Smash Bros team. He is well used to being overlooked and being the second banana, so his status as mid tier in basically all of the games would not surprise or upset him too much. He would, however, get an immense amount of enjoyment over his speedrun team's running through the Luigi's Mansion series, as well as in Super Mario 3D World, because while he's very much used to being the less important and less impressive brother behind Mario, this does not change the fact that he does get a bit of a kick out of watching the times when he's got a leg up on his much more well known sibling. He'd also manage to coach every member of the team into spinning their arms around so fast that they actually take flight, despite that not helping at all.
Written option: You've been approached by your agent to sponsor an E-Sports team. What sport/game would it be? Is it a brand new team or one that already exists? Is your team any good? In what way would you assist your new e-sports team? Literally discribe anything about your team!
I am going to bust out one of the old favourites and buy a League of Legends E-Sports team. The year is like 2055 so there's atleast 400 champions by now and the game will be completely unbalanced, but hey we're here to win some championships baby.
Also the team is going to be horrible, as I will only sign and force old retired player to play for me. Who wouldn't want to see a 60 year old Froggen busting out his Anivia? I'm bringing Dyrus back baby. I'm signing Faker to a huge contract and just force him to play support. Surely by 2055 he will actually still be one of the best players around, so we might have a fighting chance you know.
And as a real Swain head, I will force at least one person to play Swain every game we play. Do not care if it's a top, mid, bot or jungle Swain. We swainin' baby.
The team will be called League Of Legends, because it will be filled with absolute legends of the game.
Sailor Moon thought that being approached to sponsor an eSports team was odd, but she would not waste the opportunity. She decided that the team would be playing League of Legends because she used to be addicted to that game, and the team would be called the West Tokyo Serpents. The team would wear green and red on thier jerseys, and she would help find the team through getting them various other sponsors through ISFL connections. The team would start out rough because the team was mostly made of new eSports players, with wins seeming to be rare. Eventually however, with the funding they had, they were able to afford more training and the team got better and became more of a family then ever.
Sailor Moon helps the team out during the ISFL Off-season, and used her Twitch followers from her League and Rainbow Six Siege streams to help get the team more of a following. Right now, the team is mostly a middle of the road team but is slowly but surely improving.
If Frank Dux was approached for E-Sports, he would become an investor for a specific game and would try to have his team include that sponsorship in their on-field gear as a sponsor. He would invest in a Counter-Strike Global Offensive (CSGO) 2 e-sports team. As someone who is only okay at the game but does love playing it he would be okay investing in a team on a yearly basis strictly for his love of the game. Additionally, he would partner with Moist E-Sports to create a team and help recruit talent. As someone who is terminally online and enjoys content creation Moist E-Sports is a fantastic partnership and he would continue the Moist Moguls name that is used for their Valorant team. I think the team would start in a lower-tiered competitive scene and work their way up so it might not be the best team off the rip but the first signing would be former CSGO pro Tarik to lead the team.
I've actually been playing a game with a league to it, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang! It's very much a League of Legends copy, to the point they even had a lawsuit levied against them. But it's got millions of players nonetheless! My agent comes to asking about a sponsorship with a team, but I decided it would be better to start our own! I'm nowhere near experienced enough to coach out manage the team, so I'd be a player! I practice during our free times of Monday and Saturday, and are able to improve significantly thanks to the help of the players and coaches we recruit. As far as branding goes, I think we should stick to my current teams theme and go with the Regicides. It's a nice counter to Royals while also being a lot of people's favorite medal in Halo, so it still sticks with the gaming theme. Being a pro in two different leagues would definitely be tough, but I might just have to only participate in tournaments during the off-season.
