When my agent told me that my hero Weird Al Yankovic wanted to make a song with me, at first, I couldn’t believe it. Of course, since Al is such a jokester, I thought my Agent was doing the same thing and just pulling my leg. Luckily, Al knows his fanbase well enough to know that suspecting someone of messing with me initially would absolutely be my first reaction. Al provided me with a hand written note asking me to have a cameo appearance in his newest single “Sarasota Superstars”. The song consists of the usual, Al poking fun at someone or something, this time the city of Sarasota and the entire state of Florida. Since I wasn’t born here, I just work here, a lot of the references went over my head. Things like “Flocka” and talking about the Sarasota version of Yoda. The entire experience couldn’t have gone any better for me. I’ve been a huge fan for as long as I can remember, and now I’m going to be immortalized in a music video. Al’s still throwing gas, I hope he invites me to his next concert close by.

Well, owning to Kyle Crane's background as a GRE agent in Haran, his old company more or less twisted his arm into being in a charity pop song to help the "Tragdegy in Harran". And let me tell ya, Crane did NOT want to do this. He wanted to be done and over with the GRE and being a public face of Harran, but I think the GRE had Crane doing embarrassing dares after one NOLA win. So, great, a live aid type of situation Crane doesn't even want to be a part of. And its also essentially propaganda for the GRE, so Crane reaaaaalllllyyy doesn't want to do this. Crane does have talent on movie sets and podcasts, but the final product for this one felt like he took his lines under fire, or while being held hostage. I mean, this new "Hit Song" basically bombed, and it didn't help that Crane may or may not have leaked the whole shady underbelly of the song to the press anonymously. Just, never let Crane get in another song project, again
Great news! I have been invited to watching the premier new single of the Weeknd, the best artist alive! Now, since the song is already done and it is the premier, i do not have many thoughts on the song itself - because let's face it, the song will probably be very good regardless. I did see the behind the scenes filming of it as well, the liquor, the women and all of the DANCING! it was quite the sight to behold. The premier video will likely melt faces, and the genre is more of a psychadelic-dance-pop, similar to Starboy. Hardcore listens who liked House of Balloons may hate this new transition, but quite frankly there is nothing wrong with trying something new -- you never know what you like or DO NOT like! The premier will be very exciting, and I am brining my entire friends and family down for the event!!
As a sentient beard, one would think that the options in the music world would be vast. But the opposite is the case for the spawn of the Mountain Man. After rattling around in Kansas City with some of his teammates, Duilio's Beard did however run into a music producer at a local dive bar. They chopped it up, as conversation is pretty easy to start when you're a being that consists of hair and sunglasses only, and the woman offered to have Beard come to the studio later that week to hang out for a recording session with Darius Rucker's grandchild, Jarius. He was recording a new track about being a man and being rugged. Clearly, a walking talking football playing beard is the true embodiment of such sentiment. He recorded a few different verses, then asked is DB wanted to actually get on the track and lay down some ad-libs. So, keep your ears open in the summer for the newest hit from Jarius Rucker, On The Chin, featuring Duilio's Beard!
